    Danger Signs

Do you come in contact with potentially dangerous substances or harmful noise, vibration, etc. on a daily basis at your workplace?

According to Title 29 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 1910.1020, all employees who have a possible exposure to or uses toxic substances or harmful physical agents at their work site have the right to access both medical and industrial hygiene exposure records which are relevant to their work activities.

Check to see if your company is maintaining these records, as required by OSHA regulations, about potential hazards on your job.

If you are concerned about your exposure to these hazards, contact your HR represenatative to gain access to those records that pertain to your situation.

Know what you are being exposed to…It’s your right!
